What is an entrepreneur exactly? What about an autodidact?

a person who organizes and operates a business or businesses, taking on greater than normal financial risks in order to do so.
I define an entrepreneur as someone who leads a team to create massive value for many.
autodidact |ˌôtōˈdīˌdakt|
noun
a self-taught person.
